What Spree lacks in ear set, she more than makes up for in every other way!  Her coat is so silky with such wonderful length and feathers... a perfect wedge and profile with such a wonderful, dainty nose... she's even refined under all of that coat!  Top it all off with one of the most delightful temperaments and stunning blue eyes, and Spree really is absolutely everything a Turkish Angora should be.  Best of all, she brings a fantastic pedigree to our breeding program with three of her 4 grandparents coming straight from Turkey.  I can only feel sorry for any breeders who think you have to make sacrifices regarding type when you bring in new pedigrees that have not been inbred for our "modern" Turkish Angora show standards.  All you have to do is touch this lovely lady to know what has been lost along the way and to be absolutely sure that this is no sacrifice at all!  The only thing I'd change about our Spree is that darned red-eye!  Her gorgeous blue-eyes are so bright and beautiful, yet I can't for the life of me get a decent picture of them.  Like Seyvral, a great show bath is in order before her next pictures.  And while we're at it, we might just have to try an outdoor shoot to see if we can get those eyes to look natural.
