Although it took FOREVER for Pixie to grow in coat and put on weight, she did!  And it was actually kind of fun to get to see what one of our kittens really looked like regarding bone structure.  What a profile!  What ears!  What a wonderful body!  And although we got Pixie her winners' ribbons as a mackerel tabby, she is in fact ticked and surely shaded if she ever comes into a decent coat like her brother Merlin.  Now that she has her first litter and has finally delegated eating to a more urgent status, maybe we'll get to show this elegant lady for what she is in the near future...  The photos below were all taken from about six months old on.  We'll have some great new pictures for you over the next few months as her babies start to come out...
