| Miata's professional photos are up! Click HERE to go to her new page with these adult photos taken by Richard Katris of Chanan Photography. As cute and adorable as she was as a kitten (below), she grew up to become an absolutely AWSOME Turkish Angora. It takes 200 points to become a Grand Champion in the CFA, and Miata earned 177 Champion points at her last show as a Champion while Rosie also earned 55 Grand Points of her own at the same show - what fun! Some of the very best things in life really do just get better with age! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| There are times when absolutely nothing comes to us regarding nick-names for kittens, and then there are kittens like this adorable baby who let you know exactly who they are - meet Miata! This wonderful little lady has purred non-stop since the day she was born. Revved up and ready to rumble, and I can't think of any other kitten we've ever had who has combined kitten cuteness with Turkish Angora elegance and charm so well at such a young age. Better yet, she hasn't lost any of her adorable baby appeal as she continues to get more and more lovely and silly and wonderful every day! Miata is one of those rare kittens who never missed a beat when we let her out of my bedroom to romp with the rest of the moms and bigger kittens - she just knows that she belongs absolutely everywhere she is and is as sure as we are that she is totally wonderful. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| When I saw the pictures directly above in the series that Jessica took, I had to run and check in the drawers of the armoire to make sure no one was stuck in there! Seriously, there had to be 20 to 30 pictures of Miata and her brother Ninja (above right) staring and swatting at the bottom drawers of the cabinet! And no sooner than I had given up looking for the mysterious creature that I was sure was in there than Jessi told me that the kittens had been chasing the red eye flashes from our camera - TA torture for sure! I don't even want to speculate about what Jessi could have had them doing with a laser pointer! All Turkish Angoras are silly and fun, but these two really are gullible little cuties! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
