Here she is!  Our adorable little Miata is all grown up..., and what a silly beauty she is!  The photos on this page were all taken by Richard Katris of Chanan Photography.  Although he has taken plenty of pictures of Turks over the years, he found Miata particularly entertaining.  She didn't do any wild leaps off of the table in pursuit of his toys (not for lack of trying mind you!), but she was so busy making bread and purring at the same time that she was whirling around... well, the pictures speak for themselves.  Richard's two favorites (and mine!) are at the top, i.e. the ones where Miata has her front legs crossed as she is facing directly at the camera.  As Richard quickly pointed out, these normally wouldn't be decent shots at all as they don't show anything of the body.  But with her balerina moves and feathers flying, they sure do portray Miata's heart and soul purrfectly!  Every time Richard reviewed these two photos, he got more and more enchanted.  I hope you do too as you return to them after seeing the rest... such a silly girl with so much "body language" that you honestly don't need to see her body to know how lovely it is.  Click HERE to go to Miata's baby page with our home-made photos of her as a young fluff ball.
